Rule 143
Consideration of the Report of the Inquiry Committee

(1) On the day and time specified by the chairman, the chairman of the inquiry committee or in his absence, any member of the committee appointed by the chairman shall submit a proposal to the meeting to consider the report of the committee. During the discussion in accordance with sub-rule (2), a member may submit an amendment to the report as deemed appropriate by the chairman or submit an amendment proposal that the report be sent back to the inquiry committee for re-investigation in relation to any particular matter. (4) In accordance with sub-rule (3) it should be sent back to the inquiry committee If the proposal is approved, the report will be sent to the committee and the committee will have to reinvestigate and submit its report to the meeting within fifteen days at most.
